Northeast Denver
Northeast Denver is made up of a collection of smaller neighborhoods. Many of these neighborhoods are well established and feature charming, older homes. However, there are a few neighborhoods on the eastern edge that have more new construction. Northeast Denver enjoys a diverse population. There is a broad range of housing available including older single family homes, apartments and condos, and new construction.


It is easy to access I-70 and conveniently located near the airport. Its western edge touches City Park, a large green space close to the zoo. The northern edge of this district borders the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, a massive open area where you can view many of Colorado’s wildlife species.
