Southeast Centennial

Centennial is one of Colorado’s newest cities. It was established in 2001. It is a southern suburb of Denver. The southwest side of Centennial is close to Cherry Creek State Park. There is easy access throughout this community to outdoor open spaces. There are several golf courses, including Saddle Rock Golf Course, on the eastern edge of Centennial. There are plenty of opportunities for entertainment including several breweries and distilleries, as well as sports complexes, and even an indoor ski and snowboard facility.

This community tends to trend older, with the majority of its population being over 45. Most people also own their own single family home. This community is growing fast and changing as it grows. It would be an ideal community to settle in for a family or older individual wanting to put down roots.
